We cover repairs on the property you renting up to R5000 so u can get your full deposit back We cover repair of up to R5000 in a 1 year contract on the repairs that tenant have to do . This is a hassel free service all for R350 a month and u get 25% cash back when contract ends if you did not claim

This is for commercial companies only What we offer is for 10% of the Rental we will give you maintenance cover for 30% For example if rental is R65000 for the month we take 10% (6500) a month for 12 months totaling to R78000 for the year and your cover for the year is R234000 on building maintenance and any damages that transpired with no access to be paid to activate us And to make the deal we give u a 30% cash back on your installments if u did not claim in the 12 month period
